2011the13thIEEEJointInternationalComputerScienceandInformationTechnologyConference(JICSIT2011)willbeheldfromAug.20~22,2011inChongqing,China.Thisconferenceisco-sponsoredbyIEEEandChongqingComputerFederation.SubmittedconferencepaperswillbereviewedbytechnicalcommitteesoftheConference.AllacceptedpaperswillbepublishedintheconferenceproceedingbyIEEE,whichwillbeincludedintheIEEEXplore,andindexedbyEiCompendexandISTP.

TheaimobjectiveofJICSIT2011istoprovideaplatformforresearchers,engineers,academiciansaswellasindustrialprofessionalsfromallovertheworldtopresenttheirresearchresultsanddevelopmentactivitiesinInformationTechnologyandapplication.Thisconferenceprovidesopportunitiesforthedelegatestoexchangenewideasandapplicationexperiencesfacetoface,toestablishbusinessorresearchrelationsandtofindglobalpartnersforfuturecollaboration.
